Booking terms
The practical rules that apply to a Collierhall Farm stay.
Your booking
Your booking is for the accommodation type and dates shown in your confirmation. There are no numbered pitches for guests to select.
Price
The base price is £25 per unit per night, including two adults and electricity. Extra adults are £5 each per night and children are £3 each per night.
Payment & confirmation
An online booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and Collierhall Farm has issued the booking confirmation.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded less a £5 administration charge. A £5 administration charge applies to every cancellation.
Site behaviour
Please respect other guests, the farm, facilities and surrounding countryside. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults. Dogs must be kept on leads while on site and must not be taken into the bathrooms or kitchen facilities.
