The practical rules that apply to a Collierhall Farm stay.
Your booking
Your booking is for the accommodation type and dates shown in your confirmation. There are no numbered pitches for guests to select.
Price
From 1 September to 31 May, the base price is £25 per unit per night Sunday to Thursday and £30 on Friday and Saturday. From 1 June to 31 August, the base price is £30 per unit per night Sunday to Thursday and £35 on Friday and Saturday. Easter and bank-holiday periods use the peak tariff of £30 Sunday to Thursday and £35 Friday and Saturday; where those dates already fall in the summer season, no additional surcharge is added. All base rates include two adults per unit and electricity. Extra adults are £6 each per night and children are £5 each per night.
Payment & confirmation
An online booking is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed and Collierhall Farm has issued the booking confirmation.
Cancellations & refunds
Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date are non-refundable. For cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival, the amount paid will be refunded less a £5 administration charge. A £5 administration charge applies to every cancellation.
Vehicles
Collierhall Farm is for leisure stays only. Commercial or work vehicles are not permitted on site. This does not apply to campervans or motorhomes being used for a leisure stay.
Site behaviour
Please respect other guests, the farm, facilities and surrounding countryside. Children remain the responsibility of their accompanying adults. Dogs must be kept on leads while on site and must not be taken into the bathrooms or kitchen facilities.
