Information we collect
When you contact Collierhall Farm or make a booking, we collect the details needed to answer your enquiry, administer your stay and process your booking. Booking details can include your name, email address, mobile number, party information, stay dates, accommodation type and vehicle registration.
Bookings and site operations
Your booking information is used to manage availability and your stay. Vehicle registrations are used operationally so we can identify the guests and vehicles staying on site on a particular night.
Booking messages
Contact details supplied with a booking may be used for service messages directly connected with that booking or stay, such as important arrival information or a departure-time reminder. These operational messages are not marketing messages.
Payments
Card payments are processed by Stripe. Collierhall does not need to store your full card details.
Email and enquiries
We use the contact information you provide to respond to enquiries and send information related to your booking. If you provide a phone number in an enquiry, it is used only where useful for responding to you.
Keeping information
We keep information only for as long as reasonably necessary for operating the site, meeting legal or accounting requirements, and resolving booking queries.
